Epgora first appeared to the settlers as a sweeping continent of muted greens and grays, its coastline broken by long beaches, jagged cliffs, and distant mist-choked forests. From the shore they could see rolling highlands to the south, dense old-growth woodlands stretching westward, and a pale, marshy lowland fading into haze toward the north. Scattered villages dotted the coast, their inhabitants wary but not hostile, offering only curt phrases the settlers misheard as the continent’s name. Beyond the visible regions, the interior darkened into an indistinct mass of hills and shadowed valleys that seemed to drink in the horizon. Little was known, but the land promised scale, danger, and possibility.

With her guidance and assistance, teams will be sent out into the aftermath of the Shardfall to collect these objects and grow the Refuge.
