THE ADVENTURE GUILD – OPEN QUESTS
Posted by Guildmaster Zaldran, ink still wet
The hall is finished. The sign is up. And the city is still picking itself up after that damned walking statue tore through it.
We have more work than we have hands. If you’re new, untested, or simply looking for your first real coin and a chance to prove yourself — the board is open. These jobs are suited for those just starting out. Take one, finish it, and the Guild will know your name.

Rubble Clearance – Merchant Row
Difficulty: Easy
Several shops along Merchant Row are still buried under statue debris. Clear safe paths, haul out undamaged goods, and keep the looters from finishing what the statue started. Expect unstable masonry, giant rats, and the occasional opportunistic scavenger.
Reward: 25–40 gp + a cut of recovered merchandise. City merchants will remember who helped.
Missing Persons – Collapsed Tenements
Difficulty: Easy to Moderate
Families are still missing loved ones in the ruined tenements. Search the wreckage, mark safe areas, and bring back the living (or the dead). Cave-ins, choking dust, and things that should not be moving in the dark are all possible.
Reward: 50 gp base + bonus for every person recovered alive. The temples are watching.
Pest Problem – Flooded Cellars
Difficulty: Easy
Cracked sewers have turned several basements into flooded nests of giant rats, oozes, and worse. Clear one or two cellars so the owners can reopen for business. Wet, cramped, and full of things that bite.
Reward: 30 gp per cellar cleared + free supplies or lodging from grateful shopkeepers.
Guard the Reconstruction Site
Difficulty: Moderate
Night watch over a key rebuilding project. Looters, saboteurs, or leftover fragments of the statue’s magic may try their luck after dark. Stand your post until dawn.
Reward: 40–60 gp per successful night. Steady work if you prove reliable.
Lost Heirloom Recovery
Difficulty: Easy to Moderate
A merchant family offers coin for a specific heirloom lost when their manor was damaged. Search the ruins, recover the item, and return it intact. Other scavengers may have the same idea.
Reward: 40–70 gp + possible ongoing favor from the family.
Monster Drive – Perimeter Sweep
Difficulty: Moderate
The statue’s rampage drove hungry beasts and opportunistic humanoids up against the city walls. Sweep a section of the outer ruins and thin their numbers before something bigger decides the city looks weak.
Reward: 100 gp + bounty per confirmed threat eliminated. The Watch will take notice.

Take a notice. Form a group. Come back alive and paid.
The Guild is watching. The city needs you.
