This month has continued to be productive, though not always in the form of formal patrol work.
I acquired an All-Purpose Tool +1, which has become the center of my fieldwork, crafting, and spell scroll preparation. It has replaced the wand I had been using and suits my methods better: precise, adaptable, and practical.
The Cairn & Compass scroll service is now posted with prices and available spells. I expect most requests will be for emergency use, travel preparation, and spells people realize they needed after the problem has already started. I will be building a small stock as time and materials allow.
My future bastion remains delayed until I know where it can be built properly. The name will be Cairn & Compass. Planned facilities are bedroom, kitchen, storehouse, and arcane study. The location is not settled. I would rather wait than build somewhere unsuitable.
I sparred with Snap. In the first round, Fetch was disabled and will need repairs. In the second, I used flight to keep distance for a time, then fell roughly eighty feet. I used one Feather Fall scroll. Result: alive, bruised, down one scroll, and with several practical notes about aerial positioning.
I also spoke with Yashir again. It had been too long. We discussed scroll work, shields, enchanted gear, future construction, and the possibility of an airship. The airship remains expensive, impractical, and not impossible. Fetch also kept company with someone who did not want to be alone, which he handled well.
I met Bramnir, a dwarf with skill in stone carving and design. We spoke about Twilight and about different approaches to stonecraft. His work focuses more on carving, finish, and presentation than what I was taught, but it was useful to hear another craftsperson explain his methods.
Current priorities:
No major conclusions yet. Several useful adjustments.

The Glassfang Syndicate has continued regular activity through Eleint. Members have taken contracts, trained, recovered, met new arrivals, and found new ways to turn simple plans into complicated ones.
Training has continued across the Syndicate. Weapons, spells, tactics, fieldwork, and basic survival sense are all getting attention. I have also started learning a new tool proficiency, because I want to be able to provide a service that will help others, and myself. Progress is being made. Slowly. Annoyingly. But made.
Members have also spent more time working with one another outside of formal contracts. There have been shared meals, practice sessions, conversations with newer members, and the usual amount of people pretending they are not tired after doing something reckless.
Some private disagreements and difficult conversations have happened as well. A few have reached better ground. A few remain awkward. That is not unusual when this many armed and opinionated people share the same halls.
Overall, the Syndicate remains active. Contracts continue. Training continues. New members continue to arrive. People are adjusting, learning, recovering, and preparing for the next job.
In other words, business continues.
Signed,

This is only the beggining of the month, but I will take a break from the adventuring life for a few weeks. So here's my report so far.
Bri has called for help to build her prison. And since I had this special tool that gives me the knowledge of any trade, I've decided to help.
It seems that a lot of people were helping, as I met multiple members on the construction site.
Other than that, I've survived a very tense mission in the region of Chult. Where, if it wasn't for Yap, I would have probably died in.
I'm very grateful for this silent, strange creature. Despite the appearances, he's a very helpful and seemingly good intended individual.
I've also met Orri, a massive goliath, follower of Lathander. We didn't have much time to exchange about our similar beliefs, but he showed himself to be a very representant of the Morning Lord. I'm happy to see honest, trustworthy men in this organization.
Other than that, I will be working on making an adamantine armor during the month. It seemed very useful when I spared with Bri.
