Arlis stands about 5'5" with a lean muscular build. He had dark tan skin, white hair, and amber colored eyes. His hair is often shaved on the sides and cascades down into a long mohawk. He wears a braid on one side that falls over his shoulder. He wears earrings, often dangling. His favorite are a mismatched pair where he wears a series of studs in one and a green glass that is meant to look like jade in the other. He has a simple cord necklace with a pendant that is normally tucked under his simple dark clothes.
TBD
Born as a slave, sold as a slave, it wasn't until one fateful encounter did Arlis gain his freedom. Clergy of Lathander had liberated him and several others. He was an orphan with nowhere else to go, and so was adopted brought to the temple.
Arlis never seemed to really feel Lathander's light. He acknowledged it, but he never quite felt worthy of it. Instead, his faith seems to lie in a certain prodigy of the clergy - Astraelis. Where she shines brightly, he vowed to be her protector. Her shadow. Her Shade.
