Rosh was a member of Zorak Three-Eyes's tribe in the Greenmarshes of Magneland. This tribe of orcs bears unnaturally green skin compared to other orcs in Ichoros.

Rosh carves magic into his wood, steel, and stone to create magical effects. Those who witness his craft may confuse him for a ranger, but it is through study of natural magics and the ways of beasts that devises his magic. Through making himself useful in Greenhold, Rosh sought to gain the status necessary for survival; but also the opportunity to find greater meaning that survival alone.

He ventured out from Greenhold after concluding that tribe leader Zorak Three-Eyes only valued the lives of those who served his purposes, and he hopes to learn more about the world and the purpose others create for themselves. In particular, he wants to learn more about the gray-skinned orcish tribes he learned exist the Jaia region.

In his travels, he met an Arachnir from Jaia named Ikk Ikk. Ikk Ikk's powerful sling and bite astounded Rosh, and he created an animated wooden construct based on him. He calls it "Stikk Ikk." Unfortunately, Ikk Ikk was killed in an adventure before he ever could see it.
