Vylyyk watched a strange group of warriors battle undead gnolls through a window from his home on the elemental plane of earth. An artifact of hellish power was in the room with the warriors, and the artifact's powerful magic made it possible to view this scene through a brilliant mirror made of hardened starlight. Vylyyk was intrigued by the scene and watched closely as the warriors defeated the undead and began to examine the artifact they protected.

The sand-colored ichoriite among them flung magic of its own at the artifact and destroyed it. Its destruction caused Vylyyk's mirror to shatter and create a planar rift that dragged him into the material plane. He appeared in that room several months after that event. Now he wanders Ichoros with great curiosity.
