This goblin loves shiny things. One day, a ruby ring owned by a jeweler in Cendrelune caught his eye, and he took it for himself. The ring bound him in a pact with an Efreeti who gave him his second love: fire. Thus he received the nickname, Fizzle.

The Crown of Cendrelune arrested him for crimes. Rather than let him languish in prison, they put his talents to use through servitude to the Shackled Legion. Those annoying handlers keep telling the Legion that they need to be "subtle," but sometimes they let him make explosions!
