Rokugan is rife with celebrations and festivals to placate local kami, celebrate their history and customs or to experience a good time. The citizens of Toshi sano Kanemochi Kaeru are abuzz for the Frog Dance Festival. What does the city have in store for its samurai?

Players signing up and participating in any concurrent Voice ran session will be asked to focus their attention 100% on the voice session. Their characters will simply wander off or take a break in the festivities.
