Kakita Chikako wears the same white hair that most Doji can be found sporting, though slightly less stylish as it is often pinned up for convenience in her work rather than out of a fashion choice. That isn’t to say she is out of place in social settings, as her attendant often makes sure she is at the very least presentable for such affairs, with a wardrobe still suitable for one to attend as a courtier. What stands out more so is her diminutive stature, a fair bit below that of the average Rokugani, and deep blue eyes that seem to hold the depth of a well .

Her otherwise small and fragile appearance stands contrasted by defined arms that peer on occasion out of her furisode. A clear indication of her being part of the Kakita Swordsmith School, though the finely made Daisho at her side could otherwise give the indication of her perhaps being a duelist. 

Outwardly Chikako appears easily approachable with a kind face. At least when not stuck concentrating on more intensive work at a forge, where her attendant may politely deter others from causing distractions. Although she herself doesn’t seem to mind such interruptions and chances to socialize.

What might be commonly known of the Kakita woman is her particular family line holding a bit more weight than the average, with some favor held towards her kin for weapons dawning at least a few Imperial waists. She is expected by her Lord to continue her family’s work in the City of Rich Frog and gather the same attention her ancestors have been able to with their blade smithing.
