Ship Dedication (intrigue)

The construction of a new ship is always a source of celebration. But this is not any ship but a Kawagoza-bune! (pleasure boat). As part of the traditions established many generations ago, the Governor of Toshi sano Kanemochi Kaeru must inspect all new ships of this size before granting them access to the rivers. As with most of Miya Tetsua's movements in the city, there are expected to be a gaggle of individuals hoping to impress him, the local nobility and merchant classes.

GM NOTE: This will be an open event taking place over Saturday and Sunday with an intrigue action between the hours listed.
