Background:
Ravelle Ashe was born sickly and wrong in ways pious people notice. She came into the world with seven fingers on each hand, and from that moment onward, people whispered "witch" because they had marked her before birth. While her body remained weak, magic seeps through her like a fissured ley-line emitting necromantic magic. Fever-dreams, omens, and sudden bursts of uncontrollable wild sorcery follow her wherever she travels. Acolyte of Lia Leng, the Witch Queen and patroness of witches and sorceresses, took her in and tried to teach her the language of sigils, offerings, hedge-charms, and forbidden devotion. They ultimately decided to sacrifice her to their god. She died but was reborn a vessel: a sorceress whose fragile body can barely contain the power living in her soul.

Thistle is her Psudodragon Familiar. If the DM allows (a homebrew), his throat and chest glow softly like coals when magic is active within 10ft of him. It is every glowing around Ravelle as she emanates an aura of Necromantic magic, constantly sustaining her life force.
