Drustan an Aisling was born in Gildas, where, among poets, scholars, and dreamers, he studied the arts, history, philosophy, and storytelling. Yet while others recited the deeds of old heroes, Drustan hungered for something greater - not just to record greatness, but to live it. From the moment he first held a quill, he swore he would one day write a saga to eclipse all others, a song so grand that even the gods would pause to listen.
After completing his studies, he set forth upon the world as a wandering poet, a road-bound bard whose tales could make kings weep and beggars dream. He gathered legends from deserts, mountains, and distant isles, sang at the hearths of strangers and at the courts of nobles, and wrote poems that lingered long after he was gone. Yet, amid the applause and laughter, a whisper haunted him, that his opus magnum, his life’s great saga, remained unwritten.
For words borrowed from others’ deeds could never outshine the truth of one’s own. To weave a story that would outlast the ages, he must step into the tale - to risk, to fight, to live what he once only sang of. Thus, Drustan turned his gaze to Bazagon, a crossroads of ambitions, where destinies entwine like tangled verses. There, he hopes to find the spark that will ignite his magnum opus, or to die with quill in hand, having at least given the gods a story worth reading.
