Adventurers League (A.L.) Modules

Reminder: New DMs may only run Adventurer League Modules
To run a Adventurers League module, head on over to
#adventurer-league-modules and take a look over the options. Be sure to read the pinned message, and to check the posts other DM's have made in the module's thread.

You may only run the module if:

• It has not been run in the past month
• It has not been run for a PC that will be playing in your adventure

Once you pick one, please post in the module's thread and include the following:

• A link to the adventure page from westmarches.games
• What scaling adjustments you are applying to the module
• (full DM only) what customizations you are applying to the module
• outline of rewards that will be given out

Adventurers League Reward Protocols

A.L. Modules have their rewards outlined at the end of the module. Take a look through the possible rewards, and note the following server protocols when distributing these rewards:

Gold

Use the gold as outlined in the module, split evenly between all party members

If a module does not have gold outlined, the DM can choose to roll gold as outlined in Custom Adventures, if it makes sense the job would give gold or loot.

Minor Tier / Consumable Magic items

These include consumables, common magic items, and some utility style items. These items are duplicated so each PC gets one

Major Tier / Permanent Magic items

If a module states the PCs would gain one or more major tier magic item, follow these steps:

1. Give the PCs a number of syndicate tokens as outlined below, based off the rarity of item(s) that the adventure would have granted:

2. Head over to the Syndicate's Inventory in the pinned thread in #inventory-logs. Use the command as outlined in the pinned message to add the appropriate quantity of the item to the Syndicate's Inventory. Be sure to list the item's rarity before the item name in the command. The quantity added to the inventory should be one for each PC that was in the module.

If you are unsure if the permanent magic item as outlined in the AL module's treasure would be major or minor tier, ctrl+f or search in the tables in the sections

Adding A.L. Modules to the repository

If you have an official A.L. module you would like to share, please make a post for it in #adventurer-league-modules! Keep in mind we are only allowing A.L. modules in the forgotten realms setting at this time.

Custom (Non-A.L. Module) Adventures

See Custom Adventures for guidelines.
