A young Yogo Wardmaster from a prestigious family. Freshly arrived in Kaeru Toshi to aid the Scorpion Magistrate in his day to day duties. Yuusei is as well known for his prestigious family as his spiritual powers and the rumours are that this is supposed to be a test posting for him before he is matched for some advantageous marriage and given a more permanent position.

Such rumours aside Yuusei seems quite content with finding his feet and getting a lay of the land. He has not made a splash in the courts, but seems to be a sensible and friendly sort with an easy going charm. He doesn't channel the brooding or dangerous aura that a lot of Scorpion cultivate, seeming more at ease with a friendly conversation or an analysis of a painting or a poem.

Yuusei is a character that tends to attract some attention. A remarkably tall frame and broad shoulders are reminiscent of a Crab or a Lion bushi, but delicate and lithe features indicate he has not lived a life of hard labour or been in many battles. When not sporting his priestly robes he favours flashy clothes, usually in his clan colours, but sometimes experimenting with other combinations. Long dark hair is barely tempered into a ponytail and for a mask he favours a small golden ensemble that barely covers the top left of his face with a smattering of golden leaves.
