Spring is here, and Tonbo Yasu, venerable Matchmaker, has a lot on his plate. For one thing, he's arranging a marriage between an Akodo who recently had his gempuku, and a veritable gaggle of Matsu looking to wed him. He's arranged invites for a few people who have aided him, that they - or others they recommend - might come to his gardens and watch the flowers bloom in Spring, like love will bloom in any properly Tonbo-arranged match.

So what is the deal? Why so many Matsu? Why was Tonbo Yasu asked to do this? And are there any of the suitors that ought to be disqualified?

Well, that is where a group of honourable samurai with adept social antennae will come in, as Tonbo Yasu would like for assistants who can more subtly prod for what might be the most suitable match - in any number of ways.

This scene will be a slow-moving Play By Post Intrigue run from April 2nd to April 4th, ideally. Initiative will not be enforced unless people feel a need to interrupt actions, but actions will only be resolved roughly once per hour, and we'll try to account for timezones and sleep and such - play collaboratively. I don't expect conflicting PC goals, but they may happen nonetheless, but this is not a PvP scene.

Pinging the GM so they can easily find where they are needed is recommended.
