First off. Calm down. It will be fine. Also, it's a great thing if so many people want to play with you! Just be objective with who you pick. Roll for it, look at who hasn't had many games recently, however you want to do it.
So, no. You don't have to pick anyone; as long as the adventure has 3 PCs, it can be picked up by a DM. We never make anyone play with someone they don't want to. However, be mindful that you are excluding someone only due to your personal preference; not gossip or other immature game selection methods.
Be mindful to not pick the same handful of people for every game if others have signed up.
Also, if the other person's conduct has been problematic to the point that you are unable to quietly co-exist, consider filling out a ticket in #ticketing.
The answer is, maybe. We encourage filing a ticket just to inform staff for our records. Filing a ticket does not automatically mean disciplinary action. However, if there is a pattern of behavior, disciplinary action may occur.
First make sure to refresh your page, or go back to the home page, then back into the characters tab. If that does not fix it, chances are the DM may not have their game set to accept the sheet you created. DMs should have their games set to accept both 5e new and 5e classic sheets. Let the DM know you cannot move your sheet into their game, and what kind of sheet you are using. From there, they (or the game creator) can make sure they accept that type of sheet as well.
