Sylk, disguised as Rin, crossed paths with Vincel and Yashir in Loudwater’s market when strange tremors began beneath the streets. Their investigation revealed multiple creatures moving underground, but when Sylk warned the crowd to flee, the resulting stampede gave the bulettes’ tremorsense clear targets to pursue.

The three Syndicate members split across the market to intercept the six creatures, ultimately killing them all, though three civilians were lost in the attack. Afterward, Sylk and Yashir realized that the evacuation warning had unintentionally made the fleeing townsfolk easier for the creatures to track.
