Before Long'ko's current life as an adventurer, and before his time as a mercenary always searching for the next job, he was a sheep herder in the hinterland region of his tribe's territory. His life revolved around tending to his flock and taking in all the sights of a land untouched by treachery, greed, or war.

All he could do was scatter his flock in the opposite direction and run as fast and as far as his legs could carry him.

Long'ko takes on the trials of an elder Storm Giant in order to be granted greater power in order to prove a worthy adversary to any dragon that would dare cross paths with him.

From these trials, he was able to master his ferocity and hone it as the giants do.
