Cielia (Syell - lia) is a young, rather scrawny female green wyrmling, wears a silver torc around the base of her neck, that she clutches at when nervous or anxious. Has a lot of miscellaneous knowledge and loves showing it off but also is often enchanted and awestruck by ordinary things and sometimes making foolish social decisions. Speaks with the accent and manners of a Sarzak court lady, or at least one in training.
