Soca is a brass-scaled dragonborn. She is rather skinny and some might even call her frail.

She survived the venture into the Colosseum below, and found an ocarina there, which she treasures dearly. It is a reminder that live in the sprawl can be short.
Her arms and legs are covered with writing in many languages, a proof of her right to be the throne of wisdom and to wield Athena, the ever-changing one.
