By now Vosma is a well known face in Bazagon, the Gauntlet Sprawl and the surrounding regions.

And even though they still look just as ridiculous in their silk moth garb, their golden circlet and various other jewlery and their rat-like slippers, noone would dare to laugh at the creature from the astral plane.

Their otherwordly features still make people feel uncomfortable, but their fame is undisputable at this point.
