Some of the islands of the Bazagonian Archipelago are as of yet... barbaric. Cyclops roam a few, worshippers of more esoteric gods and their ancient mysteries. A quarry of marble suitable for the reconstruction of the Mythos Colosseum is supposedly able to be found there. That, and it has become quietly known that members of the Guild of the Dragon wish to parlay with these cyclops once communication has been reestablished.

Journey to the island. Speak to the natives, face them in battle if you must, and claim control of the quarry if you can.
