Background: Curt is the son of a coroner living in a small hamlet. They managed to stay under the radar for a while, with a human mayor. But one day an orc arrived and claimed the town as his own, taking advantage of the people however he saw fit. The townsfolk came up with a plan, gathering their strongest young men and sending them to ambush the orc. All of them were slain by the single orc but Curt, who dealt the killing blow. Quickly, the human bodies were dumped into a hidden mass grave and the remaining townsfolk claimed Curt defeated him in single combat. Zorak was likely not fooled by this, but amused by their effort. Curt was not rewarded with the title of mayor of his hometown, rather instead granted the title of orc-soul. He took the surname “Redgrave” as a reminder of what it took for him to get this far.

Appearance: Curt is a young man waring ill-fitted plate armor over his gambeson. He wields a halberd, which he tends to cling to as a form of stress relief.

Personality: Curt is constantly in a state of fear and unrest. He despises orcs after what they did to his people, and longs for the return of the Brighthearts. Curt will generally say anything to cause a potential threat to go away.

Other Details: Curt is currently serving a drow matron, rendering him unable to join for most missions or leave the region.
