A non-lethal team PvP fight. Each team consists of four members of the same Ludis. A halfway time is called in each battle to allow for a Short Rest and revival of defeated allies. There is a maximum round counter at which point the match is called if no team is victorious.
Points are awarded based on KOs with bonus points for a full clear of the other team.
The team with more points earns a spot in the Winner’s Duo Fights (two teammates move on to represent the Ludis in a 2v2 match) and the team with less can move on to the Loser’s Duo Fights (two teammates carry on to represent the Ludis in a 2v2 match).
Note: The use of consumables such as potions and spell scrolls is prohibited during the Tourney, and all Magic Items are limited to Uncommon rarity. Items of a higher rarity can be temporarily suppressed to a weaker version (I.e, a +2 Bloodspear can be suppressed to a +1 Bloodspear, a Belt of Giant Strength can be suppressed to Gauntlet’s of Ogre Power, etc.). Homebrew items, INCLUDING Ludus Items, are not allowed, but can be temporarily exchanged for a similar item (a Mythos Throne weapon can be traded for a +1 weapon, for example, or a Guild Paludamentum can be traded for an enspelled paludamentum, etc.)
These are sing ups NOT OFFICIAL SESSIONS. Dates and times are to be determined. If you are interested in this game and a part of a Ludis, please sign up. Official scheduling of the games will begin once everyone has had a chance to register. You can sign up as multiple characters if you want to.
The upcoming Ludis Games are exclusive to members of a Ludis. Victory in the individual games awards Triumph and Valor points. At the end of the games the Ludis with the most Triumph points, awarded for completing goals and objectives, wins the Triumph Award (TBD). The Ludis with the most Valor points (awarded for completing goals and objectives while underleveled for the challenge) wins the Valor Award (TBD).
