During the meeting and then subsequent duel between Thecclias Hallicus and Marchoisas Almod. A point of resolution was reached between the two and seemingly a change of heart within the vile nature of the Lord Venifex. Though, just as hope abounded, the Patron of Marchosias, his mother, Enepsigos Almod emerged and has seen fit to punish him for breaking his pact with her. Now Orphans Echo Curse spreads like wildfire and she seems intent on breaking Marchosias dragging him, kicking and screaming, back into the Hen House. No matter who she has to kill to do it…

Though Enepsigos disembodied head has been defeated. Her body has come rocketing out of the depths of Kóris Ekteinō. The threat of the Orphans Anchors still lingers to pull the estate into the planes beyond, but heroes have been given a moment to rally and call for reinforcements. Will you answer the call to stop the Matron of Ambition?
