Following the previous Umbra Protocol operation, several Black Boxes were recovered and delivered to Blackshore for research.
Researcher Luuk Heersen and his team have determined that the crystals contained within these boxes are capable of functioning as spell catalysts and magical containment.
Blackshore and Pale Severance are now working together to further understand the crystals and their possible applications.
However, their current working theory is concerning:
These crystals may become extremely dangerous if used for malicious purposes.
Meanwhile, surviving enemy forces have been detected around the eastern camps.
You are to locate these camps, deal with any remaining operatives, and determine what they are attempting to accomplish.
This mission is considered of the utmost priority and requires total completion.

Following examination of the recovered Black Boxes, Luuk Heersen and the Blackshore research team confirmed that the crystals possess properties capable of acting as spell catalysts and forms of magical containment.
Further research is currently being conducted alongside Pale Severance.

The captured operatives were heavily restricted by a curse, severely limiting conventional interrogation.
