While exploring the beach outside Neverwinter and seeing the ocean for the first time, Sylk encountered Vhazrath, an arrogant young blue dragon burrowing beneath the sand. Initially hostile, Vhazrath threatened Sylk for disturbing him, but Sylk managed to hold a conversation and eventually caught the dragon's interest by sharing his knowledge of Hellgate Keep and its rumored treasures.
During their exchange, Sylk revealed his identity and affiliation with the Glassfang Syndicate. Vhazrath made it clear that he expected cooperation should their paths cross again, threatening consequences for any defiance.
As Sylk departed, Vhazrath attempted to humiliate him by burrowing beneath his feet and collapsing the sand. Sylk succeeded in avoiding the fall. The dragon departed in irritation, inadvertently leaving behind an unearthed satchel containing Keoghtom's Ointment (2 doses).
