Tavern of Trouble
While meeting a traveling merchant named Theron Vaerith to trade fine clothing for rare Chultan dyes, Sylk discovers that the charming elf has taken a much deeper interest in him than simple business. Theron quietly weighs Sylk’s character against the bounty on his head, probing his past, his choices, and the life he has built in Loudwater while revealing unsettling hints that he knows far more than he should. What begins as an unusually flirtatious business meeting gradually becomes a test of trust, restraint, and whether Sylk has truly left the ideals of the Underdark behind.
