Brynjax was a mercenary often hired for protection due to his large size is seen as a intimadation factor who traveled to where the most money was paid. After he finished a protection job in Thalweg he went to a local tavern to spend his well earned coin and a drunk human decided to pick a fight with Brynjax. Brynjax didn't mean to kill the drunkerd but one punch to the mans chest is all it took crushing the man's ribs and causing severe internal bleeding and the man eventually died from his injuries. Brynjax was arrested by the crown and sent to the Shackled Legion to serve out his punishment.
