MISSION REPORT:

1. The class — comprised of Ashlette, Jammer, Sapphire, Sol, and Sunsword — arrived at the classroom to find the door locked. After waiting for 10mins their teacher, Detective Squeaks Gerbrile, finally arrived; but instead of opening the door for them, he tasked them with opening the door themselves as a test of their problem solving abilities. Through a combination of hacking, lockpicking, pickpocketing, and brute force; they were able to get through the door and into the room to discover...the "dead" body of the school janitor, Manny!
2. Detective Squeaks Gerbrile walks the class through this mock-murder-mystery scene as an introduction to the basics of deduction. Through their investigation, by searching for clues and analyzing who had means/motive/opportunity, they are able to profile the murderer as likely a fellow staff member (who had the key & door code for hte room), who was flexible (hiding in a cabinet) and knowledgeble in chemistry (murder weapon was poison), and who had a personal grudge against Manny...which led them to accusing the chemistry/cheerleading teacher Ms. Sanada of the "murder"! They confronted her with her "crimes" on the football field and managed to apprehend her as she tried to escape — just as the bell rang for the end of the school day!
3. Detective Squeaks Gerbrile assigns them homework to be completed before tomorrow's class, in 24hours: they have to find several missing cats throughout the city! The class splits into two groups to begin their search: Ashlette and Sunsword going to search for King Kitty, the most famous cat in the world who mysteriously disappeared from their penthouse apartment overnight; while Sol, Sapphire, and Jammer went to a the house of a little girl who was claiming her cat had been replaced by an identical lookalike cat.
4. Ashlette and Sunsword manage to fly into King Kitty's penthouse apartment and convince his destraught owner to allow them to assist in the search. With her advanced alien technology, Ashlette scans the energy signal of a teleporter: King Kitty had been teleported into space! Hopping into her spacecraft, Ashlette and Sunsword manage to follow the teleport signature — racing through space to catch-up to King Kitty and his catnappers at...the HQ of THE FEDERATED ALLIANCE OF UNITED FRIENDLY PLANETS! It turns out the FAUFP had put out a social media poll with the question of "Who is the leader of Earth?" and when King Kitty won, they had believed the poll and taken him to the FAUFP to represent Earth in "The Membership Trial" to prove that Earth was worthy of joining intergalactic civilization...with the people of Earth being "de-evolved" if he fails! With the help of Ashlette and Sunsword, King Kitty is able to pass the first test — the Test of Intellect — but there are 3 more tests to go!
5. Sol, Sapphire, and Jammer visited the little girl's house...but weren't let into the house by her Dad, who didn't believe his daughter's claimed that their household cat Tinkerbell had been replaced by an imposter. They managed to call the girl, Wendy, down to the backyard; where she brought the fake-Tinkerbell for them to examine. Eventually, they were able to trick not!Tinkerbell into revealing its true form: a fae changeling! The changeling explained that the Princess of the Summer Court had taken a liking to Tinkerbell and taken her back to the faerealm. The party went to sleep in a fairy circle to travel to the faerealm in search of the real Tinkerbell...
