Sol Celeste hails from the video game Dark Sol, an action game where a Solar Seraph Princess must defend the gummy bear people of Gumdrop Island against the forces of the Rotten Witch of the Licorice forest.

During a speedrun, a streamer's computer was struck by lighting, causing a dimensional rift to open and pulling Sol Celeste from her world just before she could defeat the Rotten Witch once and for all.

Sol Celeste now makes way through the world trying to put the things she learned in Warrior Princess school to good use while learning about this new world.
