A city of portals, Luma is connected to many realms across the multiverse. Here you can find information on some of those realms and on Luma's established trading partners.
The famed library-fortress on the Sword Coast participates in interlibrary exchange with the Library of Lost Knowledge and sometimes calls upon Luman adventurers to help handle threats in the region.
The Many Worlds came into contact with Luma shortly before the Fog dispersed, providing Luma with the Inn of Infinite Doors and Mage College to aid the city in accommodating adventurers. An ally to Luma, the main areas of the Worlds can only be accessed by impressing its citizens enough to earn a key, though every time you set foot in the Mage College or the Inn, you are entering Worlds territory.
Dragon Star is a realm ruled entirely by dragons, with each color serving under its own divine representative. The world is defined by constant trials designed to test adventurers from other realms, pushing them to prove strength, adaptability, and worth. At its core lies an eternal conflict between the three dragon branches—Gem, Metallic, and Chromatic—with the Chromatic faction commanded by Tiamat herself. Dragon Star revolves around draconic power: how dragons wield it, grant it, and shape the world through it. Its connection to Luma began when members of its population discovered a stable method of planar travel, eventually establishing a permanent portal that opens upon the fulfillment of specific quests.
Ryoho Shije is a realm divided into two main nationalities, those being Aquan and Primordial (aka Japanese culture and Chinese culture). It is populated by humans and spirits which live together in mostly harmony. Ryoho Shije is the home realm of a few adventurers currently in Luma, one of which has taken it upon themselves to organize a multitude of missions to defeat a growing threat, which many other adventurers of Luma have aided in. The realm has also established trade with Luma delivering minerals and special seeds to grow in the farmlands. MOOLA expansion into its territory is being considered.
Accessible through a recently-discovered portal, the world of Occidens contains two known continents: the "civilized" continent of Ipeiros and the "lost" continent of Clad Nisi.
