Previously a group of adventurers went to a tower to obtain an orb of power that was awoken. Now another has been discovered. It lies deep within a labyrinth and is said to grant certain powers to its bearer. However, much like with the tower that held the first orb, it is inaccessible by anyone who is native to Dragon's Star.

At the bottom of the parchment is a series of runes that when looked at show a date and time to meet the mayor.
