They departed from the Itaanem familly 3 months before the mansion slaughter. Thus escaping the fate many in their adopted family suffered. They are aware of what happened but are not sad or angry about it, they don't talk about it. It happened for them. That is it. They don't talk. They can't talk. From birth they were cursed with two ancestral flowers without belonging to a noble family. Each Kitsune possesses either one or two ancestral flowers which grant them their powers, the normal Kitsune have one the nobles have two. But sometimes regular Kitsune mutate and are born with two flowers, causing them to be cursed through the influx of power which their body can't handle. This is what happened to Yukimori. Gifted with one benevolent flower and one malevolent one. A blessing and a curse. One which makes them effectively immortal, as they simply reform out of magical energy when killed. This has brought them to Luma, as the Luma crystals eminate such large amounts of energy that Yukimori reformed there, despite crossing realms. The cursed flower causes him to perpetually absorb energy. This makes him take others magic, weakening sorcerers in his presence (mage slayer feat) but it also weakenss him. The cursed flower absorbs power through him, thus also draining his body completely dry of any might causing him to be fragile as glass. Over time the consumtion of power from his cursed flower has grown, first taking his stamina, then his strength, then parts of his intellect... then his voice. What is next for this mute bard? It is a race against his inner clock.
