Side Dish: Iberico Swine Stuffed Rouladen
a very lean and thin cut of beef which is seasoned with pepper, salt, thyme and other spices to your liking. Then the insides are covered in a thin layer of mustard and the filling is added. Half a pickle, a piece of pork fat and onions. The Cut of beef is then rolled up and the ends are pierced with metal skewers to avoid spilling. This forms a small to medium size meat roll which is then slow cooked for multiple hours in its own juices.

Pasta Cheese Pie
A warm plate of pasta that has been put into the furnace, with cheese melting all over it. Between the layer of the pasta and the melt cheese there's ham, olives (without the seed), bacon, feta cheese that has been reduced to smaller pieces, tomato sauce, mushroms and pepper. This is meant to be eaten by cutting a slice and then serving it to someone as if it was a piece of pie (only it crumples more easily). There will also be cherry juice.
