Backstory: A dwarf who semi-unwillingly left his family and friends in the pursuit of more knowledge, eventually striking a pact with a higher entity when he realized he could never uncover all he wanted to know in his short lifetime. Now he has turned to adventuring to gain more and more knowledge previously accessible to him in his self enforced isolation (as well as catching up on years of missed time he would have wanted to spent with people)
