Following the combined reports submitted by Oswald Hartstride, Gart Leonhart, and the numerous reconnaissance parties dispatched throughout previous YESIL operations, the location of the unknown organization's primary encampment has finally been confirmed deep within the western forest.

Intelligence gathered over the course of the investigation indicates that the enemy has significantly expanded its presence. Their encampment is now protected by heavily armed personnel, numerous mutated creatures, and fortified defensive positions prepared for prolonged resistance.

More concerning still, recent reconnaissance confirms that the enemy has successfully observed several of our previous operations through repeated use of powerful divination magic, believed to be Scrying. Through these observations, they have identified temporary Guild operating positions and gained valuable knowledge regarding the combat capabilities of several of our most accomplished adventurers.

Our latest scouts report that the enemy has begun mobilizing and reinforcing their defenses in preparation for an inevitable confrontation.

The advantage of surprise has been lost.

The time for reconnaissance has ended.

By authorization of Father Oorl, Operation: Green Requiem is hereby initiated. Rank C adventurers have been designated as the Guild's primary assault force and will spearhead the offensive into the heart of the enemy encampment. Supported by Rank D adventurers and contracted mercenaries, your objective is to cripple the enemy's ability to continue its operations before it can threaten the lands beyond the forest.

This operation is not one of observation.

It is one of annihilation.

Main-Objective

1. Penetrate and obliterate the enemy's primary encampment.
2. Eliminate all high-ranking hostile personnel encountered.
3. Defeat priority mutated creatures defending the encampment.
4. Destroy the enemy's command structure and render organized resistance impossible.
5. Lead the primary assault while coordinated support is provided by Rank D adventurers and contracted mercenary companies.

Sub-Quests

1. Recover intelligence, documents, maps, correspondence, magical artifacts, or any materials of strategic value whenever operationally feasible.
2. Capture enemy personnel alive for interrogation if circumstances permit.
3. Investigate and identify the source responsible for the mutations affecting the western forest, if circumstances allow.

Operation Directives

1. Expect coordinated resistance from both hostile personnel and mutated creatures.
2. Enemy forces are believed to possess prior knowledge of Guild tactics and the combat capabilities of several prominent adventurers.
3. Mission completion takes precedence over prolonged engagements.
4. Capture of high-ranking hostile personnel is authorized only when it does not compromise the primary objective.
5. Maintain communication with adjacent strike teams whenever possible.
6. Should enemy forces begin withdrawing from the battlefield, immediately relay their movements to nearby Rank D containment teams.

Contingency Notice

The success of Operation Spearhead is considered essential to the completion of Operation: Green Requiem.

Should the Rank C assault force fail to report before dawn, all remaining Rank D strike teams have been ordered to immediately withdraw from the battlefield and initiate Operation Ashfall.

Operation Ashfall authorizes the deliberate incineration of the surrounding forest to deny the enemy any opportunity to regroup, reinforce, or escape beyond the containment zone.

Wildfire containment and civilian protection will be conducted by separate response teams already stationed outside the operational area.

Any personnel remaining within the forest after Operation Ashfall has commenced will be presumed lost in action.

Return before dawn.
