Following the recent incident in the western forest, large numbers of mutated creatures have been confirmed roaming the area. Evidence gathered during the previous expedition indicates these creatures were deliberately released, with the personnel guarding them believed to have been sacrificed to facilitate their escape. Although the creatures have yet to reach nearby settlements, they continue spreading throughout the forest and may soon threaten routes leading beyond Chaska Village.

Further reports submitted by Guild Adventurer Oswald Hartstride suggest the unknown organization has not abandoned the area. Instead, signs indicate its members remain hidden within the forest, silently observing both the outbreak and the Guild's response. Whether they intend to intervene or are merely studying the results remains unknown.
