The riverways of the City of the Rich Frog have grown uneasy. Along the wharves and narrow canals, lanterns have gone dark without warning, barges have come under sudden attack, and shaken witnesses speak of masked swordsmen moving through the mist. Some whisper of angry spirits beneath the water. Others insisting that a curse has been laid upon the city. Whatever the truth, tension is rising quickly, and a single bloody incident along the docks could turn rumor into scandal by dawn.
