There's little doubt on meeting Khartsaga that he's one of the Moto. If the purple robes didn't give it away, the long, braided beard, or the hair worn in a pony tail with the sides of his head shaved almost certainly would. He tends to be mercurial in temperment, going from grim and dour, to smiles and laughter, and back, altogether too quickly.
