(What happened)

Lady Minx told us to hunt Giant Elks and boars. We ran into displacer beasts. The beasts stole some of our meat from hunger. We also realised that the we eventually managed to get the required quota and then some. The beasts allowed Lady Minx to fashion cloak of protection.

Note: May the Elements forgive us. It seems that we have slain two celestial beings (the Giant Elks). I hope this does not bear bad luck in our future journey.

What actually happened?

• We help Minx to hunt for more meat for the funeral rite. She provide us with a horse and a wagon, tasks us to get 3 boars and 2 Giant Elks
• We departed into the forest. First encounter is we found a Giant Elk. But we didn't manage to capture it, and it ran away.
• Second encounter, 5 boars and 1 giant elk. We defeat them all, and another 2 displacer beast shows up, stealing 2 of the boar meats from us.
• Third encounter, 1 boar and 1 giant elk. They attack us first. We killed them. The two displacer beast shows up again, we killed them this time.
• Fae harvest a few things from the hunt. She got a giant elk heart, and two displacer beast tentacle.
• Minx thank us and payed us well.

Drav's Adventure Note

• The forest outside Dawnport, where the party hunted for funeral rite provisions.
• Multiple locations within the forest where giant elk and boars were tracked and engaged.

• Theresa, Yulrac, Zamrud, and Fae (the adventuring party).
• Wildlife: Five boars, two giant elk (hunted for the rite), and two displacer beasts that ambushed the party.
• Minx’s deceased friend (honored through the funeral rite preparations).

⚔️ What happened:

Minx requested the party’s help gathering meat for a funeral rite scheduled for the following week, requiring two giant elk and three boars. Drav, Theresa, Yulrac, Zamrud, and Fae ventured into the forest, where they found predator tracks and proceeded cautiously after leaving their wagon. Theresa attempted to use a command spell on a giant elk, but it failed and the elk fled; the party gave chase. They discovered a group of five boars and one elk, all visibly frightened and staring into the bushes, sensing a hidden threat.

Following Zamrud’s suggestion to secure the boars first, Drav charged into a rage, his eyes turning red, and killed an elk with his glaive while thanking the animal for its sacrifice. As the party loaded the wagon, two beasts emerged from the bushes, seized two boars, and retreated. The group continued hunting, finding another elk and boar, but were interrupted by a glitchy, unnatural roar that caused the animals to charge. The party fought and killed the hostile creatures, then pursued the two beasts that had stolen the boars, identifying them as displacer beasts. Drav landed the final blow on the last displacer beast, and the party collected both bodies for potential use.

Upon returning, Minx rewarded each party member with 400 gold. Drav received a cloak of protection, Theresa obtained a ruby, and Fae was given an elk heart and the displacer beasts’ tentacles. With the required meat secured and additional materials gathered, the funeral rite preparations were complete, ensuring Minx’s friend would be properly honored.

What actually happened?

•Minx asked for our help to hunt animals three Boar and two Giant Elk meat for the funeral. She gave us a horse and a wagon to help us to transport animals meat

•as we entered the forest we found the giant elk but it ranaway

•we found 5 boar and giant elk then we successfully catch all of em but two feline beast show up and stole our 2 boar

•we found 1 boar and 1 giant elk, they attack to defend themselves but we still manage to defeat them, the same two feline beasts show up again but defeated by us

•we returned to Minx,give her all of these meat and finally get payed by her
