Selene has reported a massive, rotting silhouette moving through the light-starved depths of the Tangled Crowns. It’s a Shambling Mound—a heap of sentient rot and root that usually stays within the humid choke of the Throttled Vales. Seeing one this deep in the forest’s crown is as unnatural as a snowstorm in summer.
