Background.
Naevyr spent his early years in the Feywild, learning the traditions and customs of the Eladrin. He was taught to embrace change, emotion, and the connection between the seasons.
As he grew older, Naevyr became curious about the world beyond the Feywild. He eventually crossed into Faerûn, where his travels led him to Cormyr.
There, Naevyr encountered Sir Aldren Vaelmont, a knight of the Purple Dragons. The two met while traveling, and after spending some time together, Aldren came to recognize Naevyr's determination, courage, and willingness to learn.
Seeing potential in the young Eladrin, Aldren offered him the opportunity to become his squire. Naevyr eagerly accepted, beginning his training under the knight and learning not only the ways of a warrior, but also what it meant to serve and protect others.
Since then, Naevyr has traveled alongside Sir Aldren, slowly earning his place among the people of Cormyr and working toward one day becoming a Purple Dragon knight himself.
For the time being, however, Aldren has asked Naevyr to remain with the Syndicate. He believes that the experience will help Naevyr grow as a warrior, expose him to situations beyond the duties of a Purple Dragon, and teach him how to work alongside people from all walks of life. Naevyr has accepted his knight's wishes and now serves with the Syndicate until Aldren calls him back.
