Backstory: Marisa had studied magic since she was really young, always fascinated by it as well as seeing it as a way she can finally one-up her best friend, Reimu’s talent for everything, and over the years she would say she‘s gotten decent at it, enough to be considered an ordinary magician (that’s a lie she was damn exceptional), and she would do that by pushing herself as hard as she could as well as stealing from the local manor owned by vampires. Though one day a certain gap youkai decided she was bored, and looking for a new source of entertainment, she decided that Marisa would be the perfect experiment, to see what she would do in a brand new world having to start from scratch all over again, and so getting pushed through a portal she would end up landing in Altharion.
