Self-assured bordering on arrogant. Has little regard for social niceties - one's skills and influence is more important than feelings.

Ideals

Bringing power and wealth to the family is what is most important. Loyalty to the family and furthering one's own self is vital. Self-importance is what will make you stand above others and make the family stronger.

Bonds

Second only to herself, her twin brother is her most important person to her. Throughout their lives they have constantly sought to out-better the other, however, neither of them will stoop to sabotage. Their rivalry is mutually beneficial and they both know that they can rely on the other when help is needed.

Flaws

Arafiel has a tendency not to care for others and comes across as cold and calculating. She finds it difficult not to see others as merely a means to an end and doesn't fully see non-family members as real people.

Due to a sickness in childhood, Arafiel was left physically weak which she tries to overcome with her magical might. It is her greatest resentment that her body, while able to survive, was not strong enough to fully regain its strength.

During her sick time in childhood, she forged a bond with another girl, Vakavunt, who was a child of one of the servants to Arafiel's family. She is the only other person Arafiel trusts other than her twin.
