Bucket Knight grew up poor, in charge of keeping the stables free of vermin. This often meant he was forced to spend harsh winter nights in there, to scare the rats and other diseased cretins away. He had fallen asleep one night, in the cold. He awoke to the pain of many little mouths gnawing at his face and feet. From that night onward he had a seething hatred of all things considered vermin. He donned a bucket to hide his deformed face from the village as he went about his business ridding his home of all vermin. When he had finally removed the vermin entirely from his home, he wandered. His hatred for little beasts and many foes he would come to meet continues to fuel him.
