As more and more official requests from around the Ruby Coast pour into the new League, one tattered, hastily written note seems to have slipped in. Its writer is unknown. However, it's a call for help just like the rest. If you feel so inclined to assist, the note is as follows:

“The village of Hollowdew needs urgent aid. We are without aid or defense, leaving us vulnerable to all manner of ill-intentioned groups. Our village has been cursed. Or rather, I should say that one such group of ill-mannered criminals I believe has cursed us with some form of magic, causing harm to befall our people and stealing from our homes without so much as a sound. They extort us, making us pay to avoid the worst of the curse and for ‘protection’ from other ‘outside’ forces they frighten and threaten us with. Please, if you could send even just one of your adventurers to help us end this curse and run these miscreants out of our village, we would be forever grateful. We don’t have much in the way of coin, but we will scrape and offer what we can, and you are welcome to have the spoils of these marauders.

“If you do take on this request, do not--I repeat--do not come to the village via the main road. Rather, please meet me at the cabin by the riverside, as stealthily as you can. The forest and the roads have eyes.”
