The fungril growbeds in the caves surrounding Asmaris have sent word that spiders have been spotted in some abandoned tunnels where some undead once were. Though they don't seem to be normal spiders. Nobody has gone to confirm, but several fungrils have claimed that they have the faces of people who have long been dead and that the faces talk endlessly of the 'Dread King' an as of yet unknown figure of some prophecy of theirs.

The fungril don't care about that though, they're offering gold to any who can squash bugs.
