Icarus is one of the top promising students in the senior year Hero Program at Phoenix Academy.

Being the son of one of Halcyon's currently active superheroes, he has been taught from an young age to uphold the ideals of what it means to be a good hero and to protect others and he takes those values to heart.

He has the power to manipulate energy, being able to shift between it's different forms (i.e. potential into chemical/electrical/heat/etc) and also influence the way bodies interact with energy and transform that energy at will.
