Katharina "Kitty" Goldenwell is the heir to the Goldenwell family's riches, a situation she is all too happy about. She doesn't have any powers of her own, but her parents have bought her custom-made jewelry imbued with magic that allows her to gain a variety powers as long as she wears said jewelry.

Kitty doesn't actually care all that much about being a hero, she just loves the attention she gets from being a Phoenix Academy student.
